Neon Signs

Neon is excluded due to inherent fragility, maintenance requirements, and shorter lifespan compared to modern alternatives like LEDs.

Temporary Signs

Temporary signs are designed for short-term use and are not covered under our warranty. This includes banners, coroplast signs, etc.

Normal Wear And Tear

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes like fading that do not affect functionality, is not covered.

Improper Use or Modifications

The warranty is void if the sign is moved, reinstalled, or modified by anyone other than Signature Signs.

Vandalism and Accidents

Damage caused by vandalism, accidents, or extreme weather conditions is not covered under the warranty.

Electrical Faults

Issues resulting from electrical faults or power surges in the building’s wiring are not covered under the warranty.
